Ellirie's path to founding PrimusTech is rooted in over 13 years of frontline advocacy, public policy training, and community leadership. As a fellow of the Asia Policy Leadership Forum (APLF), where his work centered on the critical intersection of technology, society, and governance in Asia, he brings a specialized lens on how digital innovation shapes public systems. His foundational grounding is further reinforced by his academic training at the University of Greenwich Business School in London and the Academy of Political Management at the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.
A Rotarian at heart, Ellirie's commitment to service above self extends well beyond the boardroom. Through years of work as a resource person and trainer on sustainable development, leadership, and public policy, he witnessed firsthand how bureaucratic friction and outdated systems slow down the very organizations working hardest to serve their communities. PrimusTech was founded to bridge that exact gap.
